Email messages are displayed in the "Messages" folder but not in the integrated email folder on the BlackBerry smartphone

When an email message is received on the BlackBerry smartphone for an integrated email account, the email message is displayed in the Messages folder, but is not displayed in the integrated email account folder on the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone.

The service book is disassociated from the integrated email account or is missing.


To resolve this issue, complete the following steps:

  1. Delete the service book for the integrated email account from the BlackBerry smartphone. For instructions, see KB05000
  2. Send new service books to the BlackBerry by registering the BlackBerry smartphone on the Host Routing Table. For instructions, see KB00510.
