News feeds are delayed or do not appear in Facebook® for BlackBerry® smartphones 1.8 to 3.1
News feeds are updated based on an update interval. This interval can be adjusted to a value of
Never, Every 30 mins, Every 1 hour, Every 2 hours, or Every 3 hours.
Depending on the value selected, the update cycle has not occurred and therefore, no new news feeds appear.
To modify the Check for new Feeds value:
- Open Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones
- Press the BlackBerry (menu) key, and select Options from the menu.
- Scroll down and adjust the value for Refresh News Feed
- Exit the options and save the change.
