- BlackBerry® Web Desktop Manager
- BlackBerry® USB drivers
The BlackBerry® USB drivers are required for the use of BlackBerry® Web Desktop Manager. To silently install the BlackBerry USB drivers, use the command-line syntax on any computer or server. The command line syntax can also work with a log on script or for deployment using a Group Policy Object (GPO).
Note: The installation of the BlackBerry USB drivers will remove the current version of BlackBerry Manager (if present).
Use the following command to install the USB drivers:
msiexec /quiet /norestart /package "BlackBerry USB and Modem Drivers_ENG (DM4.7b50).msi"
For information on how to silently install BlackBerry Desktop Software, see KB03744.
