How to suspend a BlackBerry Mobile Voice System user account

When a BlackBerry MVS user account is suspended, the BlackBerry MVS user can no longer access the BlackBerry MVS Client on a BlackBerry smartphone. The BlackBerry MVS user account can later be reactivated using the BlackBerry MVS Console.


To deactivate a BlackBerry MVS user account, complete the following steps:

  1. In the BlackBerry MVS Console, in the left pane, click Users.
  2. Click a BlackBerry MVS user account.
  3. On the General tab, clear the User Enabled check box beside the BlackBerry MVS user that you want to suspend.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Submit.
