- BlackBerry MVS Client for Cisco Unified Communications Manager version 6.1 or later
When a BlackBerry MVS user account is suspended, the BlackBerry MVS user can no longer access the BlackBerry MVS Client on a BlackBerry smartphone. The BlackBerry MVS user account can later be reactivated using the BlackBerry MVS Console.
To deactivate a BlackBerry MVS user account, complete the following steps:
- In the BlackBerry MVS Console, in the left pane, click Users.
- Click a BlackBerry MVS user account.
- On the General tab, clear the User Enabled check box beside the BlackBerry MVS user that you want to suspend.
- Click OK.
- Click Submit.
