"Error 5408" occurs when starting the BlackBerry Dispatcher service

When running BlackBerry Enterprise Server or BlackBerry Device Service, the BlackBerry Dispatcher service stops. Attempting to start the BlackBerry Dispatcher service results in the following error:

Error 5408.

CollapseCause

The temporary Server Router Protocol Identifier (SRP ID) or temporary Client Access License (CAL) have reached the expiration date.

CollapseResolution

To resolve this issue, input either a permanent SRP ID or CAL.
