The following are requirements of the BlackBerry® Traffic for BlackBerry smartphones application by Research In Motion®:
- A BlackBerry smartphone with a full keyboard or touch screen
- BlackBerry® Device Software version 5.0 or later
- BlackBerry® Maps installed (If you don’t have BlackBerry maps installed, please refer to KB03621, and ensure you select BlackBerry Maps as the application to be installed)
- A wireless service plan that includes Internet access
- 1.1 MB of available application memory
