Enhanced Gmail™ Plug-in features do not show as part of the menu in the Gmail message folders.

1. Backup the BlackBerry smartphone.  for instructions, see KB12487

2. Clean reload the BlackBerry Device software. for more information, using a Mac computer see KB19915 and using a Windows computer see KB03621

3. Delete and reintegrate the Gmail™ account from the BlackBerry® Internet Service.
