When a BlackBerry® Mobile Voice Sysytem (MVS) 5.0 user is set up to use BlackBerry MVS, the BlackBerry MVS 5.0 Client must register with the BlackBerry MVS Server. Calls are unable to complete without registration on BlackBerry MVS.
