The BlackBerry smartphone user is using an older version of Twitter for BlackBerry smartphones.

This issue has been addressed by Twitter for BlackBerry smartphones 1.0.0.45.

To update to the latest release of Twitter for BlackBerry smartphones, complete the following steps:

  1. Open Twitter for BlackBerry smartphones.
  2. Press the Menu key and select Options.
  3. Scroll down and select Check for Update.
  4. Follow the prompts to upgrade to the latest release of Twitter for BlackBerry smartphones.
