- Twitter® for BlackBerry® smartphones
When the BlackBerry® smartphone user tries to post a tweet that contains a photo to Twitter for BlackBerry smartphones, the following error appears:
Your Twitter credentials are out of sync with Twitpic. Please sign into the TwitPic website to verify your username and password
The BlackBerry smartphone user is using a older version of Twitter for BlackBerry smartphones.
This issue has been addressed by Twitter for BlackBerry smartphones 1.0.0.45.
To update to the latest release of Twitter for BlackBerry smartphones, complete the following steps:
- Open Twitter for BlackBerry smartphones.
- Press the Menu key and select Options.
- Scroll down and select Check for Update.
- Follow the prompts to update to the latest release of Twitter for BlackBerry smartphones.
