Unable to view sub-sites while using the BlackBerry Client for Microsoft SharePoint

When the BlackBerry Client for Microsoft SharePoint is installed, Microsoft SharePoint sub-sites are not visible on the BlackBerry smartphone after the parent Microsoft SharePoint site is added.

This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.

CollapseWorkaround

To work around this issue, manually add any Microsoft SharePoint sub-sites. To do this, complete the following steps:

  1. Open Microsoft SharePoint for BlackBerry smartphones.
  2. Press the Menu key and select Add.
  3. Enter the SharePoint site URL and click Save.
