Prior to BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 the BlackBerry MDS Connection Service Log (MDAT) recorded the shutdown of the BlackBerry MDS Connection Service. After BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 the BlackBerry Controller Service Logs (CTRL) shows the shutdown but the MDAT log will be blank.
