Encrypted media content, from built-in media storage or from a media card in the BlackBerry® smartphone, cannot be attached to email, text messages, messages from BlackBerry® Messenger, or forwarded from media applications.

Upgrade to BlackBerry Device Software 6.0.0.273 or higher

BlackBerry Bold 9780

Upgrade to BlackBerry Device Software 6.0.0.433 or higher.

BlackBerry Torch 9800

Upgrade to BlackBerry Device Software bundle 6.0.0.491 or higher.

BlackBerry Curve 9300

Upgrade to BlackBerry Device Software bundle 6.0.0.433 or higher.
