When replying or forwarding an email message containing HTML or Rich Text body, the Font Type of the reply body is reflected as Calibri instead of Arial

When a BlackBerry® smartphone user attempts to reply or forward an email containing HTML / Rich Text on the BlackBerry smartphone, the reply body of the email, will be reflected as Calibri font type 11pt, instead of Arial font type 10pt.

CollapseCause

The BlackBerry® Enterprise Server is hard coded to use Calibri font type for email replies that contain Rich Text or HTML content, so as to conform to default Outlook 2007/2010 styles.

In previous versions of BlackBerry Enterprise Server, the BlackBerry Enterprise Server was hard coded to use Arial font type for email replies that contain Rich Text or HTML content.
