"Unable to Find user in AD" and/or "No Send AS permission" appears when running IEMSTest.exe

When IEMSTest.exe is run, Unable to find user in AD and/or a No Send As Permission error message is displayed in the IEMSTest.exe results.


The BlackBerry® Enterprise Service account has Send As permissions correctly assigned.


This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. A resolution is currently unavailable.


Ignore the No Send As permission error message.
