When attempting to log in to BlackBerry World with a BlackBerry ID, the following error is displayed:

There are too many PIN changes associated with this account (Error ID: 30801)

or

You have reached the maximum number of PIN changes  for this account.  Please visit http://www.blackberry.com/appworld/support for more information.
CollapseCause

 BlackBerry World will only allow up to 15 device changes within one year.
CollapseResolution

If the maximum number of device changes has been reached in error, contact the service provider from which the smartphone was purchased for assistance.
