High Availability status shows unknown in BlackBerry Administration Service webconsole

Viewing the High Availability status in the BlackBerry® Administration Service webconsole, the status of the secondary BlackBerry® Enterprise Servers show as unknown.
ICMP is being blocked by the firewall between the primary BlackBerry® Enterprise Servers, BlackBerry Administration  Service Server, and the secondary BlackBerry Enterprise server.
Enable ICMP between firewalls.
