No icon present for BlackBerry Mobile Conferencing after downloading and installing

After downloading and installing the BlackBerry® Mobile Conferencing application no icon is present on the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone.

This is expected as the BlackBerry® Mobile Conferencing application extends features of the BlackBerry Calendar application that allows you to create and manage conferencing profiles that can be added to new appointments.

To add a new profile or manage existing profiles perform the following steps: 

  1. Open the Calendar application from the BlackBerry home screen
  2. Click the Full Menu key and select Conference Profiles
  3. Click New Audio Conference Profile to add a new entry, or manage any existing entries shown
