Prompted to perform a software update during initial BlackBerry PlayBook setup

Depending on when the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ was purchased there may be a notification to update the BlackBerry PlayBook during the initial setup.

The notification of this will occur after successfully logging in using a BlackBerry® ID account and will begin the download process automatically.

Once the download has completed the BlackBerry PlayBook will then automatically begin installing the update.

Once the update is complete the BlackBerry PlayBook will then prompt to 'Restart' or it will automatically restart.

After the reboot is complete there will be a confirmation prompt.  The set up for the BlackBerry PlayBook can now be completed.

In order to complete the software update, the  BlackBerry® PlayBook™ must have battery life above 20%.
