- Typically during a migration process with BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter, the syncfolderlist table isn’t moved to the new BlackBerry Enterprise Server, this can cause the BlackBerry smartphone to have contacts with folderIDs that no longer exist on the new database.
- Potentially a move between Microsoft Exchange Servers could result in the same issue as the folders themselves might fail to migrate or preserve the folderIDs expected from the database.
