When performing a search from within BlackBerry Traffic, an uncaught exception: net_rim_bb_traffic is not responding error may be displayed.

Download the latest version of BlackBerry Traffic for BlackBerry smartphones.

To download BlackBerry Traffic for BlackBerry smartphones, using your PC or BlackBerry Browser:

  1. Go to www.blackberry.com/traffic
  2. Click Download Now
  3. Click Download. Signin to BlackBerry App World using your BlackBerry ID if required.
  4. If prompted, select yes to replace the current version of BlackBerry Traffic for BlackBerry smartphones.
