The service account password contains a double quote (")

This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. A resolution is currently unavailable.
CollapseWorkaround
Change service account password to not include double quote ("). Complete install. Change password back (if desired). Modify BlackBerry® Enterprise Server service passwords.
