Support for third-party applications that have been purchased or downloaded using the BlackBerry World storefront is provided by the application vendor. To access the vendor website for applications downloaded through BlackBerry World storefront, complete the following instructions:

  1. Open BlackBerry World storefront on the BlackBerry smartphone and select the My World icon.
  2. Select the application that requires support.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Summary section.
  4. Click the link for the vendor website. This will launch the Browser and load the vendor's website. 
  5. Check the vendor website for support options available.
