How to view the applications installed on a BlackBerry smartphone

BlackBerry® Enterprise Server administrators can use the one of the following procedures to view the applications that a BlackBerry® smartphone user has installed on the BlackBerry smartphone.
 

BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 to 5.0 SP3

  1. In the BlackBerry® Administration Service, on the BlackBerry® solution management menu, expand User.
  2. Click Manage Users.
  3. Click the name of a user.
  4. Click the PIN of the smartphone.
  5. Click Applications.

BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1 to 4.1 SP7

  1. In BlackBerry Manager, double-click the name of a user.
  2. Click BlackBerry Device (read only).
  3. Click Applications.
