Unable to reinstall preloaded BlackBerry applications using BlackBerry App World

If a customer deletes an application that has been preloaded on their BlackBerry, the option to reinstall the application may be missing from the content details screen within the My World section of BlackBerry App World on their smartphone.
To work around this issue, please complete the following steps:
  1. Launch BlackBerry App World
  2. Go to My World
  3. Press the menu button and select Refresh List
