When attempting to delete BlackBerry Collaboration instances from BlackBerry Administration Service web page, the following error is displayed The request could not be completed.

The BBAS-AS logs show the following errors:

CollapseCause
After re-installing a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server, it is not possible to remove a Collaboration Service instance with the same host name as the BlackBerry Enterprise Server or a host name that is unavailable.
CollapseResolution
This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. A resolution is currently unavailable.

Note: When contacting BlackBerry Technical Support a copy of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Logs and a backup of the BlackBerry configuration database will be required.
