On the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet the following is seen;
Unknown Server Error (-9) when viewing BlackBerry® ID under Options
1) Go to http://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/login
2) Login with your BBID credentials and choose Account Details
3) From Account Details, hit the Edit link (Details > Edit) to edit your information
4) Click the checkbox for I would like to receive information about RIM and BlackBerry products and services.
5) Hit Save
6) If you prefer to not receive information, you may go back and uncheck the checkbox and Save again
