The Video Store application is not located on the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet.
The Video Store application is not supported outside of the United States.
The Video Store will only appear on BlackBerry PlayBooks that have been activated or upgraded to BlackBerry Tablet OS 2.0 in the United States.
If you are located in the United States and either selected a end user license agreement other than the United States during the Out of Box Experience, or if you were not located in the United States when the BlackBerry PlayBook was updated to 2.0.0.7971, you can recover the icon by performing the following steps.
1) Connect to an internet connection that is located in the United States
2) On the BlackBerry PlayBook, swipe from the top bezel to bring up the options
3) Click on Software Updates
4) Click on the Check for Updates button.
