After installing Print to Go on a Microsoft Windows based computer and completing the Print to Go setup for the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet, files sent from the computer are not received after on the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet

This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available
CollapseWorkaround
Please perform the following steps:
  1. Restart the BlackBerry PlayBook by holding the Power button down for 10 seconds
  2. Install Print to Go on a Windows based PC (XP and higher)
  3. Have the BlackBerry PlayBook and the PC connected to the same Wifi Network.
  4. On the PC choose a file to print, and select the printer as Print to Go
