After transferring pictures to the media card of the BlackBerry® smartphone through a USB connection (Mass Storage), the pictures are not found in the Pictures application.
CollapseCause
The Pictures application will automatically index pictures placed only in the BlackBerry/pictures or BlackBerry/camera folders on the media card.
CollapseResolution

Resolution 1:
Move the pictures into the BlackBerry/pictures or BlackBerry/camera folders on the media card.

Resolution 2:
Import the pictures into the Pictures application by completing the following:

  1. On the Home screen, click the Media icon > Pictures icon
  2. Press the Menu key and select Import Pictures
  3. Folders that contain pictures that are not saved in the BlackBerry/picture folder or BlackBerry/camera folder on the media card will appear
  4. Select the check boxes beside the folders that you want to import
  5. Click Import Pictures
