The browser icon of the handheld is missing. When trying to click on a link in an email or from another user the following error appears:

Blocked by Corporate Security

CollapseCause
An IT policy is currently on the handheld blocking the browsing option.
CollapseResolution
Perform a reset to factory to remove the IT policy. For information on performing a reset to factory, see article KB18998
