When attempting to purchase the following error message is displayed:

null (Error Id: 40011)

CollapseCause
This message can occur when making a purchase using Carrier Billing payment method and there is not enough funds available using this payment method to complete the purchase.
CollapseResolution

This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. A resolution is currently unavailable.

CollapseWorkaround
Use an alternate payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) if available.
