When a BlackBerry smartphone user receives an email with an attachment that is encrypted with Lotus Notes Native Encryption, the smartphone may not be to view the attachment.
When an attempt is made to view the attachment, a red clock is displayed and the attachment cannot be viewed.
Under the Email Messaging Policy Group the Native Notes Encryption password timeout IT Policy has been set to 0.
This will set the Notes Native Encryption password caching to be disabled.
Set an IT Policy value that allows the device to cache the Notes Native Encryption password.
