The option to delete an account is missing from the BlackBerry Administration Service web console

When administering an account using BlackBerry® Administration Service there is no option to delete an account.

A duplicate account with the same Display name but a different User ID may appear in the BlackBerry Administration Service console.  The Delete option is only shown for the active account.

The inactive account was partially deleted since there were pending tasks within the BlackBerry Administration Service console.

The following log lines may appear BBAS-AS log in debug level for the original account:

Caused by: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_BASUserUAMReconciliations_BASUsers". The conflict occurred in database "BESMgmt", table "dbo.BASUserUAMReconciliations", column 'UserId'.

This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.

1. In the BlackBerry Administration Service console, expand User under BlackBerry solution management
2. Click Manage users
3. Press Search
4. In the search results, scroll down and check the box for the account to be deleted.
5. Under User Status, click Delete selected users.
