- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server 5.0 to 5.0 SP3
When administering an account using BlackBerry® Administration Service there is no option to delete an account.
A duplicate account with the same Display name but a different User ID may appear in the BlackBerry Administration Service console. The Delete option is only shown for the active account.
The inactive account was partially deleted since there were pending tasks within the BlackBerry Administration Service console.
The following log lines may appear BBAS-AS log in debug level for the original account:
javax.ejb.EJBException: javax.persistence.EntityExistsException: org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: could not delete: [com.rim.bes.bas.usermanager.entity.UserEntity#61]
Caused by: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_BASUserUAMReconciliations_BASUsers". The conflict occurred in database "BESMgmt", table "dbo.BASUserUAMReconciliations", column 'UserId'.
For more information on how to change to Debug logging level see KB00765.
