When viewing the Application Event Viewer on a server hosting the BlackBerry® Collaboration Service, you may observe Event ID 15000 logged at error level. These errors are logged by the BlackBerry Collaboration Service when it is retrieving personal note data from a logged in users' contact note data.

This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
When this error is observed, it is important to note there is no functional loss as a result. The personal note data for this user is still retrieved, sent and displayed on the Enterprise Messenger client.
