The following message appears in the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Messaging Agent (MAGT) log:
[20000] (04/18 03:20:07.149):{0x12EC} RIM_HrResolveProxysFromDN - ResolveProxyAddressesMAPI failed from -2146762751
[30000] (04/18 03:20:07.149):{0x12EC} SCS::PreResolveAddresses Failed with the error 0x800b0001
The error message may be generated by the BlackBerry Enterprise Server when a user is started. The BlackBerry Enterprise Server attempts to find the proxy address for the user. The above log lines are printed when this lookup is not successful. This is by design.
