BlackBerry self service links for administrators or end-users are not provided on Microsoft Office 365 portal.
End users can directly access the BlackBerry Web Desktop portal by going to the following link:
https://businesscloud.blackberry.com/office365/webdesktop
Administrators can directly access BlackBerry Administration Service by using the following link:
https://businesscloud.blackberry.com/Office365/webconsole
Note: If the browser session is not authenticated with Microsoft Office 365 portal the link will automatically direct the user to Office 365 portal for authentication.
