Once a received web link is clicked in the BlackBerry Messenger chat window, it is opened through the browser. Once it is opened in the browser, part of the http in the web address is truncated even though it was correctly specified in the web link.

Upgrade the BlackBerry Device Software on the BlackBerry smartphone to the latest available version.  Please follow KB03901 to update the BlackBerry Device Software.

Edit and correct the http in the web address.
