In the event the Email Setup application is not installed or is corrupt, follow these instructions to download or install the Email Setup application with a Macintosh computer:
1. Navigate to Applications inside the BlackBerry® Desktop Software.
2. Check the box next to Email Setup.
3. Select Update at the bottom.
Note: The BlackBerry® smartphone will be rebooted once the process has completed.
To manually update the Email Setup app from the BlackBerry® smartphone browser, reference KB26055.
