When syncing with BlackBerry® Desktop Software 7.0, the prompt to accept changes appears. Viewing the details does not show any changes to the indicated record(s).
This may occur if a change happens to a field that does not exist on the BlackBerry® smartphone. For example:
- Changing the category of a Calendar entry
- Resizing the window of a note
- Undoing a change before syncing
The BlackBerry Desktop Software will prompt for a change if the last modified date of a record does not match the last modified date on the BlackBerry Smartphone.
