When the attendee of a distributed appointment (Group meeting) accepts a meeting request with a comment, that acceptance message is not sent to the organizer.

By design GroupWise does not send an email notification with comments for the acceptance of Meetings; rather the organizer can view comments in the properties of the calendar item from the GroupWise client.
