CollapseWorkaround

Workaround 1

On the PlayBook, perform the following steps:

  1. Open BlackBerry World.
  2. Select My World > Refresh List.
  3. When the refresh is complete, a confirmation will be displayed.
  4. Press OK.

The application can now be downloaded again.

Workaround 2

  1. Clear the BlackBerry World cache. To reset the cache please follow KB24714.
  2. Close and reopen BlackBerry World.

Workaround 3

Delete and reinstall the application that will not upgrade. This will delete the current version of the application and allow for upgrade to the new version of the application.

Note: Some applications record content associated with that application (i.e. progress, high scores, levels completed in a game, etc.). Deleting and reinstalling the application will delete this content.
