After following KB22717 and configuring Single sign on, the login page is displayed if a browser from the machine hosting the BlackBerry Administration Service is used.

This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
CollapseWorkaround
Access the BlackBerry Administration web console from another machine.
