Global Address Lookup (GAL) functionality does not return results on the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone running BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.0.9.2372 when using an ActiveSync connection to Google Apps for Business. This can affect a Google Apps for Business account integrated into the work space or personal space on the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone.
