Contact BlackBerry Technical Support Services for confirmation of the issue prior to completing the following steps.
After Microsoft has fixed the issue on the tenant, remove any currently impacted user accounts from the BlackBerry Business Cloud Services web console, and after waiting a period of an hour or more add the users back.
It will be necessary to wait an additional 30 minutes until attempting to activate. This extra 30 minutes is not unique to this issue, but is a normal process when adding users to this product.
