"Type your server address as provided by your administrator" displayed when attempting to launch BBM for Android or BBM for iPhone

When opening BBM for Android or BBM for iPhone, a message displays that reads:

Type your server address as provided by your administrator

This is accompanied by a text box that contains:


The application that has been downloaded is not BBM for Android or BBM for iPhone. The application being used is in fact the BES10 Client application that is intended to be used in conjunction with BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10.

Uninstall the BES10 Client application.
