This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
The Auto Signature(s) will need to be re-entered manually.
To setup an auto signature on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone, complete the following steps:
- Open the BlackBerry Hub.
- Tap the More button.
- Select Settings > Email Accounts.
- Select the email account to which the signature will be added.
- Under Email Settings, switch the Auto Signature option to On.
- Enter the desired signature text.
- Press the Back button.
The auto signature is now saved and will be applied to all emails sent from the corresponding email account.
Due to Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync limitation it is not possible to enforce an auto signature from BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10.
