Session timeout of BlackBerry Management Studio redirects to an error page showing "HTTP 500 Error"

If the session of an authenticated connection is allowed to timeout due to user inactivity, the redirect generates an error condition and the intended page is not displayed.

The following content is seen on the redirect error page:

Problem accessing /sessionTimedOut.jsp. Reason:
    /sessionTimedOut.jsp(35,19) PWC6296: The function escapeXml must be used with a prefix when a default namespace is not specified
