The Print To Go application fails to open the after upgrading the BlackBerry 10 device software to version 10.2.1.1925.
To resolve the issue follow the steps below:
- Delete the Print To Go application.
- Restart the BlackBerry 10 Smartphone.
- Re-install Print To Go from BlackBerry World.
