The Print To Go application fails to open the after upgrading the BlackBerry 10 device software to version 10.2.1.1925.

This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.

To resolve the issue follow the steps below:

  1. Delete the Print To Go application.
  2. Restart the BlackBerry 10 Smartphone.
  3. Re-install Print To Go from BlackBerry World.
