When attempting to map a Microsoft Sharepoint 2010 file repository with the BlackBerry Work Drives application, the location cannot be saved and the following message is displayed:

Folder Unavailable

You don't have permission to access this folder.

CollapseCause

The Microsoft Sharepoint servers are configured to use Kerberos Authentication.

Kerberos Authentication is not yet supported with BlackBerry Work Drives 2.0, even if Enterprise Authentication has been properly configured within the BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 environment.

This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.

Disable Kerberos Authentication on the Microsoft Sharepoint servers.
